Authorized members can work from the information available to their organization and role. Engineering, operations, quality, and leadership can share context without giving every person the same permissions.

The product can retain an externally signed NDA for an OEM–supplier relationship. The agreement’s dates do not automatically grant or remove product access. Account confidentiality terms and the product’s authorization controls remain separate.
