Who pays for supplier access?
The standard OEM plans include unlimited supplier users. During Early Access, we confirm the participation arrangement and scope with the teams involved before onboarding. Applying does not create a paid account.
Can I work with more than one OEM?
The supplier workspace supports work associated with connected OEM relationships. Each customer’s access stays scoped to its shared work. We discuss which relationships will participate in your initial scope.
How often do we need to update?
Agree a practical cadence with the OEM and update when a meaningful stage, forecast, or concern changes. Velakron does not obtain production progress directly from machine telemetry.
Can we apply before an OEM invites us?
Yes. Tell us whether you have an interested OEM or are exploring independently. We can discuss a suitable shared starting point.
Can we bring controlled technical data?
The current environment is not approved for classified information, ITAR or other export-controlled technical data, or CUI. Describe only the category of requirement during qualification; do not send the actual material.
